Choose between a 3, 4, or 5-day retreat.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into your home away from home, nestled within the beautiful Manistee National Forest. Enjoy delicious home-cooked meals tailored to your nutritional needs. Throughout the five days, Pam will guide you through daily yoga classes, with mats, bolsters, cushions, and blankets provided. These sessions will stretch your body and help you move past limiting beliefs that may have held you back. Stabilize yourself in times of uncertainty and discover the clarity you desire.
In addition to other modalities, you will learn the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a powerful tool that has assisted many women in releasing stress, fears, or phobias. This technique promotes a sense of calm and tranquility, helping you to address emotional blocks and restore balance in your life. By tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on your feelings, EFT facilitates emotional healing and encourages a greater sense of well-being.

The Cognomovement System provides a therapeutic approach that combines eye movement exercises with cognitive processes to help you overcome a multitude of challenges. A few things to bring to the women’s retreat are:
Comfortable clothes, sweats, yoga pants, shorts, etc., are recommended. We will be stretching, dancing, yoga, and doing breathwork while you are lying down, so there is no need for any dress clothes. You may bring a sweater and a pair of slippers—pack light.
If you have a favorite creamer for your coffee or something special you like to drink, like sparkling water, juice, pop, etc., you may bring that. Bring your voice. I can't read your mind. I offer coffee, tea, water, and juice during the retreat. I get busy preparing all the food, and running the retreat, and may forget to offer you something when you happen to be thirsty, so speak up. You may also help yourself to things in the refrigerator.
Curiosity and an open mind, ready to experience all parts of you, the good and the shadow. A sense of expectancy that you will have a breakthrough with whatever area of your life that concerns you at this present time. Courage to try new things, and let go of insecurities, baggage, grudges, hurts, and fears.
The retreat is a Judgement Free Zone where you can be yourself without pretense or need for adornment. No makeup, curling iron, or hot rollers are needed as this is not a high fashion retreat. Of course, you may bring them if you can’t live without them.
This retreat is an inner exploration of your beauty and worth. You will go on a journey that will probably bring a few tears, sighs, and laughs. You will be celebrated for the magnificent person you already are.
If you have a joke or two and any magazines you want to bring for the vision board workshop, that would be fine. Also, find a fantastic photo of yourself looking radiant and happy to put on your vision board. You can bring several pictures of you smiling.
Pam is a mystic, a visionary, and a rebel. Pam's journey is not just a story of survival; it's a testament to the power of resilience and healing. The pivotal moment in Pam's life came when she discovered a book on positive thinking in 1981. This book opened her eyes to the possibility of change and sparked her desire to embark on a healing journey. It marked the beginning of her quest for self-discovery and empowerment. Over the years, Pam confronted various challenges, including struggles with low self-worth and bouts of depression. Rather than allowing these obstacles to define her, she viewed them as opportunities for growth. Her determination to heal pushed her to seek out effective strategies and support. Pam's curiosity led her to explore a wide range of healing modalities, including therapy, meditation, yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique, Cognomovement, and holistic practices. Each experience contributed to her understanding of herself, allowing her to integrate different techniques into her life. As she progressed on her journey, Pam learned the importance of trusting her intuition. With dedication and perseverance, Pam has reprogrammed every aspect of her life, including her thoughts, beliefs, and relationships. This holistic approach has enabled her to create a life filled with purpose and joy.
