Breathwork provides quick relief from stress. It can reduce blood pressure, help with pain management, and improves focus. It can reduce symptoms of depression when paired with other treatments.  


Breathwork supports personal growth and development by helping people achieve a greater sense of self-awareness and trust in their capacity for self-healing.   It has been found to be effective in managing stress and promoting improvement in emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. 

What to bring with you:

Yoga matt, a towel or throw, pillow if you want, chap-stick, water, eye sleep mask, and journal.


Wear Comfortable Clothing. Arrive 5 - 10 minutes early


PLEASE do not wear perfumes, oils, or colognes to class.

Time: 7:00-8:15 pm
